    Woronora house was a unique opportunity to work on a very steep site. From ground level to the top of the property the height raises 72 metres.

    The concept was to nestle the building within and around some key trees and landscape elements while proposing a palate that relates to its surroundings. Quartz, spotted gum, Zinc and Concert were finishes which were selected as the palate.

    To break down the building form, the building façade was split into two. The pole design related to Sutherland Shire Council local character. The project was approved in 2017 and is due to be completed in 2020. Project value of 1.5 mil.
