This granny flat was a conversion of garage spaces into a two bedroom, one bath, open living/dining granny flat in the St George area.
The client asked us to improved his investment opportunity while maintaining the existing structure. This was a great project to work on as we were involved in the onsite detailing and site coordination with the builder.
The value was 150k, a smaller project, but nevertheless a great outcome for the client.
